
Vicky Clayton (she/her)
Vicky is a data scientist and economist, who works to evaluate interventions in children's social care, and improve the use of data and evidence within the sector. Vicky supports us in measuring and evaluating the impact of our programme.

Ailsa Leen (she/her)
Ailsa Leen is a product manager, with experience at Microsoft and Blinkist. She supports Be Her Lead in gathering user research to help us improve the programme and solve problems.

Annabelle Sherwood (she/her)
Annabelle completed her Teach First programme in July where she taught science and French, and is volunteering with us before she starts a new role as a management consultant at Boston Consulting Group. Annabelle initially made the link with Be Her Lead and her school in Suffolk becoming the lead teacher, and seeks to continue to support us by making links with new champions.

Kirsty Healey (she/her)
Kirsty works for a non-profit organisation and volunteers at Be Her Lead with workshop design.
Kirsty began her journey as an English teacher in London, but joined Be Her Lead to support her students more holistically by creating a shared community between teachers and students.

Sophie (she/her)
Sophie is a Digital Reporter and freelance journalist, specialising in life and culture. Having recently graduated from London College of Communication, she is excited about building a career in the digital media industry. Sophie was keen to be a part of a movement that supports and empowers young women. She volunteers at Be Her Lead with zine production.
