Rebecca Mace is Educational Researcher and Digital Character Lead at Cheltenham College. She also teaches philosophy of education at UCL and the University of West London.
“I wish Be Her Lead had existed when I was at school - I ended up at a boys school for sixth form (they just started taking girls and there was a 1-5 ratio) and girls were definitely not really given a platform.”
Sabina Lallian, Co-Founder (she/her)
Sabina is a Head of Year and Business and Psychology teacher at Villiers High School, and one of the Co-Founders of Be Her Lead.
“I am deeply passionate about front line pastoral care, as well as the need to expose both male and female students to more female role models.”

Eve is Lead Practitioner for Literacy at Bolder Academy, and one of the Co-Founders of Be Her Lead.

Damali teaches History and Politics at School 21 in Newham, and is a Be Her Lead alumni.

Henna Patel (she/her)
Henna is Communications Coordinator for The School for Social Entrepreneurs.
“I believe that mental health and wellbeing, career prospects, understanding your identity and sexuality (and so much more!) is a part of growing up, but it's how these are dealt with, discussed and supported, that shape young women. Be Her Lead's work is crucial in this - something I wish I'd benefitted from while at school.”
